"Jim Saxton III has been my State Farm agent for 6 years and it's been nothing but positive. It's the perfect mix of automation through the app and an office phone number I can call or text whenever I need it. Not only is there a human on the other end, they are kind, caring, and knowledgeable humans. Stevie Mcdonald did an amazing job figuring out a policy for an antique car that I was sure would be complicated. She made it feel easy. Never transactional, we talked about the car, we talked about an old boyfriend who may have drove the same kind of car, it was all great. Like catching up with family. I'm a big believer in State Farm as an insurance provider and Jim Saxton III + his team live up to the State Farm brand promise."

"I'm guessing most folks want many of the same things from their insurance agent, and here is my family's experience with Jim and his office team: - The phone is answered right away. By a live person. In the office. Occasionally they are on another line but you will not have to wait long for a callback. Talking with a person removes any ambiguity as to what is being asked. - Changes to your policy (for example, adding/dropping a vehicle) take place almost instantaneously. This includes email verification along with new ID cards sent electronically and by mail. - Periodic reviews to see if there is money to be saved based on claims or changed circumstances. And no hard sell to get new coverage you don't want. - The strength of State Farm plus Jim's office following up to advocate for you."

"All the personnel at Jim Saxton? State Farm are always friendly and Helpful. Switched to this office as was tired of not having personal service and being able to talk to the same person when needing help (as was case with previous insurance company).
