"Jim Saxton State Farm has serviced two residences that I owned, plus auto, life, and personal property for the past 10+ years and both Nikki Tate and Chris Conley were fantastic with setting up Homeowner's insurance in Austin and Houston when I purchased those residences. Houston insurance was for the clear lake area and was additionally complicated by FEMA flood insurance requirements to maintain a mortgage and the Jim Saxton office managed the process of initially securing the FEMA policy, maintenance throughout the life of the policy when it was on the Houston house, and finally transfer to new buyers when I recently sold the property [which saved them thousands of dollars in policy fees annually]. Both Nikki and Chris were extremely responsive replying to questions and very organized with respect to timelines for both the purchase of and sale of a home, which alleviated my stress during the process greatly. Chris was very patient with all my insurance questions while selling the Houston home and offered a lot of advice and suggestions to my new buyers, who were having issues shopping for a new policy for the Houston house, which is located in a high risk flood and storm area. Overall, I have been very pleased with the Jim Saxton State Farm Austin office and am planning to keep as many of my policies with them as possible, despite my relocation to the Boston, MA area."
